Warranty and Product Support

If a lighting product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photographs before installation. We will assess the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

Product warranties

Any additional manufacturer warranty applies only when expressly stated on the product page or supplied with the product. This page does not promise an additional fixed warranty period. Nothing limits rights available under applicable United States law.

Installation

Follow the product instructions and use a qualified electrician for hardwired lighting. Do not install a damaged product.
